Booking
In order to benefit from the special congress rates, please use one of the following booking methods:
We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible
Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details for the deposit are supplied; alternatively
please forward the required deposit (in Euro) by bank transfer .

 
Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made via credit card/bank transfer through the website or with the downloaded PDF form.

The charge via credit card will be made in US Dollars according to the currency on the day of the transaction

 Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer and should be paid at source in edition to the registration fees.
Payment via bank transfer is subject to receipt of confirmation from the bank

Please note, 4 weeks prior to the congress, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants who paid their deposit with a bank transfer are required to send the balance of outstanding accommodation charges to Paragon-Conventions at the latest 4 weeks prior to the congress. Full prepayment prior to arrival is required for all hotel accommodations

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Room cancellations must be received in writing by email or fax.
• 90 days before arrival: full refund, less bank charges.
• 30 days prior to arrival: one-night cancellation charge.
• less than 14 days prior to arrival (Full cancellation or reduction of nights): no refund.
In the event of non-arrival, reservation will be automatically released, and full payment will be non-refundable. If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.

Paragon-Conventions, and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his /her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
